Mildred Ruth Torres

Mrs. Mildred Ruth Torres, age 78, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 3, 2008. She was born January 4, 1930 in Lake Creek, NC the daughter of the late Clyde Moore and the late Verle Mabe Roehrs. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Torres; son, Steven Torres; and her beloved pet, Jonathan. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Maria and David Luhr of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Erwin and Karen Torres of Manassas, Virginia; stepfather, Joe Roehrs; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 12 Noon from the Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home in Fairfax, VA. Interment will follow at Fairfax Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday, May 8, 2008 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
