Mollie Eloise Pitman Fields

Mollie Eloise Pitman Fields, age 76, of Temple, Georgia passed away Monday, September 1, 2008 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica, Georgia. Mrs. Fields was born April 28, 1932 in Hamilton, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Jason Daniel Pitman and the late Mrs. Ida Belle Noland Pitman. She worked as an administrative assistant in the medical field and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. Mrs. Fields loved and was very involved in the Cub Scout and Girl Scout troops in Villa Rica. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Fields was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Lee Pitman and her sister, Dorothy Elizabeth Pitman-Baum. Survivors include her husband, Gordon Raymond Fields, Sr. of Temple; her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa Kay and Bob Quattrocchi of Suwanee; her son and his wife, Gordon Raymond Fields, Jr. and Wanda Lynn Fields of Temple; her twin brother and sister-in-law, Gene “T.E.” and Beth Pitman of Lake Wales, Florida; four grandchildren, Teri Fields, Gordon Fields III, Michelle Fields and Kimberly Quattrocchi; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside Memorial Services will be conducted Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Temple, Georgia with Rev. Don Rackley officiating.
