Mollie Dean Skinner, 70, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 in Carrollton, Georgia. She was born on November 19, 1952. She is the daughter of the late Isaac Skinner and the late Leona Skinner.
Ms. Skinner was a double major in Business Administration and Accounting at the University of Chicago. She was very sweet, and she always put other before herself. Ms. Skinner was an executive for Florida Power and Light for several years. She retired as a surgical nurse. She was a devout member of Canaan Christian Church in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. She was a avid Bible study attendee and teacher. She also served as a member of the mass choir.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Skinner is preceded in death by her brothers, Isaac Skinner Jr., Isreal Skinner, and Donald Lee Skinner; sisters, Roslyn Gail Shoemake, and Cecelia Skinner.
She is survived by her sister, Hazel Pauline Brazzel of Eufaula, Alabama; brothers, Herman (Mikki) Skinner of Carrollton, Georgia, Edward Bernard Skinner of North Carolina; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens.
