MRS. AUDREY IDDINS POSEY

Mrs. Audrey Iddins Posey, 77, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Douglasville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Douglasville, Georgia. She was born June 6, 1929 in Tattnall County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Elmer T. Iddins and the late Mrs. Sally Lynn Iddins. She was a member of Douglasville Christian Church and retired as a ticket agent with Greyhound. She is survived by her husband, James Edward Posey of Villa Rica; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cynthia and David R. Elliott of Douglasville, Terri Posey Deman and Roger Deman of Woodstock, and Nancy Posey Mize and John D. Mize, Sr. of Duluth; one sister, Willie Pearl Owens of Winter Haven, FL; one brother and sister-in-law, Samuel H. and Billie Iddins of Stockbridge; grandchildren, Brandon Elliott, Amanda Elliott, Davis Mize, and Rob Mize; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, July 10, 2006 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Minister Larry Musick officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: John Mize, David Elliott, Roger Deman, Brandon Elliott, Davis Mize, and Rob Mize. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Sunday, July 9, 2006 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
