Mrs. Jean Lively Roberts

Mrs. Jean Lively Roberts, age 77, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away March 13, 2007 at Wellstar Douglas Hospital. She was born March 24, 1929 in Carroll County, Georgia the daughter of the late Rev. Grady Alvin Lively and the late Mrs. Essie Elizabeth Meeks Lively. She retired as a secretary with the Douglas County Senior Citizens Center. She was of the Methodist Faith. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Lavern Lively. She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Kim Welch of Douglasville and Holly and Mark Swatzell of Lawrenceville; one son and daughter-in-law, William E. and Virginia Branch of Chandler, AZ; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Elizabeth O'Neal Bailey of Douglasville, Reba and Vaudry Sartin of Rome, Patricia Harrison of Social Circle, and Cathryn and Landy Doris of Albany; 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Max Caylor officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 17, 2007 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
