Mrs. Jeanne Marie Frank Kinna of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, September 15, 2006 at her home. She was born October 18 in Michigan the daughter of Mrs. Elephia Eleanor Black Frank and the late Mr. Michael Howard Frank. She was of the Lutheran Faith. She married Donald Lee Kinna on July 17, 1961 in Port Huron, Michigan. Mrs. Kinna was an accomplished concert pianist, portrait artist and poet. She served her community through her love of art. Over the years she has performed many concert performances for the Cultural Arts Council of Douglasville, various gallery openings, political functions, United Way Fundraisers, the Governorâs âGeorgia Arts Dayâ, and many other functions. Mrs. Kinna was the writer of the monthly âCulture & Creativity Chatâ magazine column for the âChapel Hills News and Viewsâ. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Kinna on February 23, 2004. She is survived by one daughter, Dondra Lee Kinna of Douglasville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Carla Kinna of Carrollton, and Gary Charles and Lori Kinna of Villa Rica; her mother, Elephia Eleanor Black Frank of Douglasville; one sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Richard Aurthur of Canada; one brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Julie Frank of Cumming; 4 grandchildren, Michael Taylor Kinna of Carrollton, Hannah Jo Kinna of Carrollton, Courtney Ann Kinna of Villa Rica, and Garrett Mitchell Kinna of Villa Rica; nieces and nephews and many special friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel on Saturday, September 16, 2006 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
