Mrs. Mollie Evelyn Johnson

Mrs. Mollie Evelyn Johnson, age 69, of Briar Drive, Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 6, 2008 at her residence. She was born September 15, 1938 in Fulton County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Edward Gayheart Johnson and the late Mrs. Delia Chastain Johnson. She was a member of Floyd Road Baptist Church in Mableton and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Hoyt Johnson on May 19, 2006. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dellene and Calvin McCleary of Winston; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Sonya Johnson of Lithia Springs, William and Wendy Johnson of Dallas, and Tommy and Colleen Johnson of Arvada, CO; brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy and Linda Johnson of Douglasville, Travis Massengale of Ashburn, and Aaron and Phyllis Johnson of Cedartown; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 1:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Johnson and Rev. Tommy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at River View Memorial Park in Smyrna, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Tuesday, January 8, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
