Mrs. Nannie "Susie" Williamson Rogers

Mrs. Nannie “Susie” Williamson Rogers, 92, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, December 24, 2007. She was born January 24, 1915 in Cartersville, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. James Ross Williamson and the late Mrs. Lula Payne Williamson. She was of the Methodist Faith and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, H.M. “Bill” Rogers and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by one daughter, Carol Rogers Mercer of Granberry, TX; one son, David M. Rogers of Carrollton; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 11:00 AM from Greenwood Cemetery in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Friday, December 28, 2007 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
