Mrs. Ruby Jewel Wix Weaver

Mrs. Ruby Jewell Wix Weaver, 89, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Pine Knoll Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 2, 1916 in Paulding County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Marion Cornelius Wix and the late Mrs. Maybelle Cole Wix. She was a member of Fullerville Baptist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Franklin Weaver on March 14, 1991 and her daughter, Glenda Marie Weaver. She is survived by five sons and daughters-in-law, Clinton Glenn and Carolyn Weaver of Villa Rica, Larry Eugene Weaver of Villa Rica, Rev. James Douglas and Gail Weaver of Dallas, Marion Clarence and Sam Weaver of Roswell, and William Herman and Susie Weaver of Chattanooga; half-sister, Gail Neeld of Sandy Springs; 9 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, July 15, 2006 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. James Weaver and Rev. Horace Wilson officiating. Eulogy will be rendered by Marion Weaver. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
