Myra Long Lee

Myra Long Lee, 74, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. She was born on July 20, 1948. She is the daughter of the late Leroy Long and the late Mary.

Mrs. Lee loved to travel, and she especially enjoyed taking cruises. She enjoyed entertaining her friends, and she had many different friend groups. Mrs. Lee absolutely loved spending time with her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her loving husband, Linwood Lee; and her sister, Pat Long.

She is survived by her son, Brian (Rhonda) Lee of Douglasville, Georgia; grandchildren, Braedon and Gavin; brother in law and sisters in law, Grant (Ellen) Lee of Winston, Georgia, Lydia Elder of Conyers, Georgia; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church of Douglasville. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church of Douglasville. Pastor Steve Smith will be officiating. The family will host a Luncheon on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Dorsett Shoals Baptist Church of Douglasville.
