Mrs. Norma Grace Browning Pace, 72, of S.D. Hicks Road, Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2005 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born May 2, 1933, in Paulding County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Clarence âClencyâ Lee Browning and the late Nancy Grace Holt Browning. Mrs. Pace was a member of North Point Baptist Church, formerly West Carrollton Baptist Church in Carrollton, Georgia. She was a nurse for 35 year having worked at the Villa Rica Hospital, Paulding Memorial Hospital, Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton and Carroll Convalescent and Nursing Home. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pace was preceded in death by her brother, Roger Lee Browning. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Lonnie Lee Pace of Villa Rica; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Wendell Hill of Villa Rica; four sons and daughters-in-law, Kendall and Rhonda Pace of Williamson, Steve Pace of Villa Rica, Kevin Pace of Villa Rica and Mrs. Ann Pace of Rockmart; and 4 grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 11:00 AM from North Point Baptist Church in Carrollton with Pastor Rodney Agan, Rev. Wendell Rush officiating. Mrs. Pace will lie in state at the church Saturday, August 20, 2005 from 10:00AM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery in Paulding County with Rev. Doug Bearden officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Thursday, August 18, 2005, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Friday, August 19, 2005 from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
