Ora Lee Lightsey

Ora Lee Pate Lightsey, 85, of Villa Rica, passed away on October 4, 2022. She was born on March 6, 1937. She is the daughter of the late Clarence Downey Pate and the late Georgia Azalee Batten Pate.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Delane Lightsey. She is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Marcia and Donald Vaughn of Villa Rica, Georgia, and Lori and Robert Henry of Tallapoosa, Georgia; sons and daughters in law, Billy and Lydia Lightsey Jr., of Deltona Florida, Robert and Karen Lightsey of Howie in the Hills, Florida, and Richard and Hettie Lightsey of Macon, Georgia; sister, Azalee Thomas of Waycross, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; one niece and one nephew also survive.

The family will celebrate her life privately at a later date. Mrs. Lightsey will be laid to rest, next to her husband at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Rd in Villa Rica.
