Orville Colburn

Mr. Orville Daniel Colburn, age 74, of Temple, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015. He was born January 4, 1941 in Missouri the son of the late Mr. John Robert Colburn and the late Mrs. Bessie Marie Bone. He retired as a machine mechanic from Bostitch after many years of service. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Edward Bauer; brother, Lowell Colburn, and one brother and one sister whom died in infancy. He is survived by his wife, Betty Colburn of Temple; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Mike Davis of Temple; Carol and Chris Hanks of Eugene, OR, Beth Irvin of Springfield, OR, Lenora Colburn of Eugene, OR, Laura and Aaron Herring of Idaho City, ID; sister, Mildred Bauer of Smithboro, IL; sons, John Colburn of Eugene, OR, Scott Colburn of Eugene, OR; grandchildren, Danny and Amanda Alvis, Ami and Morgan Wynn, Kyle Davis and ten additional grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 3:00 PM from Liberty Christian Church in Temple with Rev. Bill Gray officiating.
