Mrs. Patricia Clay Anderson, 68, a life-long Atlanta area resident, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015. She was born March 17, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Gus Clay and the late Mrs. Mary Helen Harbour Clay. After graduating from Sylvan High School, she went on to receive her certification for Respiratory Therapy and married her childhood sweetheart, Lewis âNickâ Anderson. She was a devoted mother and grandmother to her daughter and two granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis âNickâ Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia R. Anderson of Lithia Springs; two sisters, Loretta Raley of McDonough and Linda Hires of Cumming; one brother, Melvin Clay of Conley; two granddaughters, Sara Hartline and Ashley Hartline. The family is planning a private memorial service at a later date. According to her wishes, she will be cremated and interred next to her husband, Nick at the Roswell Presbyterian Cemetery.
