Patricia Maurer

Mrs. Patricia Clarice Ward Maurer, age 65, of Roswell, passed away, Sunday, June 4, 2017. She was born September 1, 1951 in Carroll County the daughter of the late Mr. Earl Thelbert ward and Mrs. Naomia Mae Fields Ward. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene Clarence Ward and Forest Ward Sudduth; brother-in-law, Jerald Ussery.She is survived by her husband, Gabriel A. “Tony” Maurer of Roswell; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pauline and Reese Wallace of Bowden Junction, Eunice and Harry Johnson of Carrollton, Barbara and Jim Burton of Roswell, Frances and Melvin Sudduth of Villa Rica, Doris Ussery of McRae; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Ruth Ward of Temple; sisters-in-law, Virginia Ward of Forrest Park and Antonia Maurer of South Carolina; brother-in-law, Marvin Sudduth of Temple; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Joe Tanner officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to HDSA of Georgia, Post Office Box 3651, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.
