Peggy Fugate

Ms. Peggy Elaine Wade Fugate, 61, of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Friday, December 8, 2017. She was born October 17, 1956 in Marietta, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Henry Millard Wade and the late Mrs. Rily Alice Miller Wade. She worked as a waitress at Clell’s in Marietta for over 20 years. Devoted to her family, she was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed puzzles, bingo, playing slots and poker. She loved Mexican Food and her “Natty Lite”. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia “Cricket” Phillips and Patsy Ann Williams. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Charla Sanders and Tony and Amy Burns all of Cartersville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pansy and Bobby Means of Whitesburg and Sandy and Lee Shaffer of Waco; nine grandchildren, Faith Sanders, Noah Sanders, Michael Sanders, Tate Burns, Kaitlynn Burns, Mackenzie Burns, Micah Barron, Megan Barron, and Morgan Barron; two great-grandchildren, Legaci Sanders and Badrick Campanaro; best friends, Jimmy Dover of Cartersville, Linda Jones of Woodstock, and Joyce Lackey of Cartersville; several nieces and nephews.
