Penny Diane Dabney Hulsey

Mrs. Penny Diane Dabney Hulsey, 45, of West Lakeview Drive, Temple, Georgia passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at Higgins General Hospital in Bremen, Georgia. She was born May 14, 1960, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Mr. William Dabney and Mrs. Mossie Marie Bratcher Landers. Mrs. Hulsey was of the Baptist faith. She worked as a seamstress at Turner Manufacturing and had also worked as a cashier. Mrs. Hulsey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Rachel and Andy Bratcher. Survivors include her husband, Robert Fisher of Temple; son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Tasha Hulsey of Tallapoosa; mother, Mossie Marie Landers of Temple; sisters, Peggy McKenzie and Valerie Dabney, both of Temple; and brother, Benny Dabney of Temple. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 15, 2005 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Travis Pritchard officiating. Pallbearers will be Scott McKenzie, Brian Smith, Clayton Betts, Johnny Hulsey, Danny Hulsey and David Hulsey. Interment will follow at New Canaan Baptist Cemetery in Dallas, Georgia.
