Phillip "Randy" Randolph Overholser, Jr.

Mr. Phillip Randolph Overholser, Jr. Age 59, of Villa Rica, passed away, Friday, April 3, 2020. He was born February 11, 1961 in Atlanta the son of the late Mrs. Gail Elizabeth Maddox Snyder and Mr. Paul Alvin Snyder. He was a Douglas County High School graduate. Mr. Overholser co-owned for RPM Atlanta, Inc. for many years. He is survived by his wife, Glenna Gallup Overholser of Villa Rica; daughters and son-in-law, Gracie McFarland and Chad Vermette of Douglasville, Rebecca Overholser and Camron Fuller of Carrollton, Alexandra Soverns of Lithia Springs and Blake Soverns of Carrollton; brother, James D. Overholser of Winston; grandchildren, Jodie, Lexi, Landon, Cadance, Layla and Cassidi; one nephew, Tyler Overholser. According to Mr. Overholser's wishes he was cremated.
