Phillip Whitmer

Mr. Phillip Marvin Whitmer, Jr., 80, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, January 2, 2015. He was born July 27, 1934 in West Palm Beach, Florida the son of the late Mr. Phillip M. Whitmer Sr. and the late Mrs. Nola Irena Bare Whitmer. By occupation, he was a bicycle repairman. He enjoyed music especially playing the guitar and was loved by many people. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Iris Humphrey and Joan Boutiller. He is survived by two nieces. According to the family’s wishes, the body was cremated.
