Phillip Williams

Phillip Williams, 70, of Villa Rica, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. He was born on July 13, 1956, the son of the late Grady Williams and the late Doris Gore Williams.

Phillip was known as “Pappaw” to his beloved grandchildren. They were truly his world, and he cherished every moment spent with them. His love for his grandchildren was endless. Phillip will always be remembered for his remarkable ability to fix anything. Phillip had a green thumb and found joy in gardening. He also enjoyed fishing and traveling to the mountains. He loved his dogs and was fond of all animals.

His memory will be deeply cherished by those fortunate enough to have known and loved him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Sandra Pike, Debbie Williams; brother, Duane Moore; brothers-in-law, Gerald “Big G” Robinson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Martha Norton Williams; children, Deborah and Carl Neathawk, Eric and Kelci Williams, Marcus Williams; sister, Becky Robinson; grandchildren, Kane Jones, Noah Neathawk, Isaac Neathawk, Brooklynn Williams, Grady Williams, Adley Williams; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 6, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel with Rev. Jerry Hollis and Mr. Michael Seymour officiating.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Jeremy Pike, Jodee Pike, Jason Jones, Chris Tilley, Jacob Jones and Nicholas Tilley.
