Randy Estrella Villarica, 46, of Villa Rica, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024. He was born on May 14, 1978, the son of Crisanto Villarica and Lennie Estrella Villarica. As a young boy growing up in the Philippines, Randy often spent great amounts of time reading encyclopedias and books, which made him knowledgeable about many different topics at a young age. He loved and adored his grandparents, who played a big part in his childhood. His week was not complete without a trip to their home where he enjoyed their love and a warm, home-cooked meal. Randy grew up doing normal boy things, such as riding his bike, dressing up as superheroes, and making lifetime memories with his high school friends.
As a young adult, Randy traveled to America and decided to try his hand at the “American Dream”, working many odd jobs to make ends meet. It was during this time that Randy learned the true value of hard work and persistence. He went on to enroll in college, earn his degree, and graduate suma cume laude. After college, Randy got a job in computer technology. He met his wife, Amy, while working this job, and they started a life together in the city of Villa Rica, Georgia.
Randy became a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Villa Rica and worked with the middle school ministry for fourteen years. He was a mentor to countless members of the youth group, always encouraging them. Randy liked cooking, playing billiards, going to the gym and working out. Randy was always happy when he was entertaining and cooking for family and friends at their home.
In summary, Randy lived his life humbly, happily, and fulfilled. Randy was an intelligent man, a leader, a mentor, a good son, an outstanding father, a loving husband, a good provider, a friend, a confidante, and a faithful follower of God. He will forever live on in our hearts. Randy and his precious smile and good demeanor will never be forgotten
Randy Villarica is survived by his wife, Amy Villarica; son, Chase Villarica; parents, Crisanto Villarica and Lennie Estrella Villarica of the Philippines; and brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Abby Villarica of the Philippines.
