Raymond Howard Jacobs

Mr. Raymond Howard Jacobs, 51, of Johnson Street, Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at Wellstar Douglas Hospital. He was born June 3, 1955 in Atlanta, Georgia the son of the late Mr. Clyde Howard Jacobs and Mrs. Virginia Hulsey Adams. He worked as a roofer and was of Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Howard Jacobs; maternal grandmother, Myrtle Watts Hulsey on May 24, 2003 and his brother, Kenneth Ray Adams on May 27, 2003. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Kristy and Brian Bradley of Powder Springs; one son, Stephen Jacobs of Kennesaw; his mother and step-father, Virginia Hulsey Adams and Raymond Ben Adams of Douglasville; three brothers, Gary Adams of Rydal, Terry Adams of Douglasville and Danny Brian Adams of Cartersville; 2 grandchildren, Candice Moore and Ashley Moore; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, September 1, 2006 at 1:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Clayton and Pastor Alton Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehaven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Thursday, August 31, 2006 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
