Rebecca Lea Holbrooks McHan

It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs. Rebecca Lea Holbrooks McHan announces her passing on Monday, May 11, 2020 at the age of 42 years. Rebecca will be lovingly remembered but sadly missed by her husband, Christopher Lynn McHan of Douglasville and her son, Wesley James Myers of Cumming. Rebeccca was born October 25, 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia the loving daughter of James Wendell Holbrooks and the late Debra Joan Densmore Holbrooks. Mrs. McHan enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and all outdoor activities. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and relished all who were brought into her life. Rebecca especially enjoyed visiting with her late father-in-law, Lynn McHan of Mineral Bluff, Georgia. Rebecca loved the mountains. In addition to her husband and son, Rebecca will be dearly missed by her father, James Wendell Holbrooks and step-mother, Carol Ann Holbrooks of Cumming; her mother-in-law, Susan McHan Robinson of Marietta; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jennifer McHan Good and Eddie Good of Mableton; special aunt, Rachel Garrard; and several cousins, aunts and uncles. According to Mrs. McHan's wishes, she will be cremated. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
