Mrs. Rebekah Estell Mayfield Moore, age 76, of Carrollton, passed away, Sunday, October 13, 2019. She was born April 26, 1943 in Carrollton the daughter the late Mr. Bobbie E. Mayfield and the late Mrs. Ruth Wynn Mayfield. Mrs. Moore was very artistic and creative with flowers, jewelry and crocheting, loving music and animal rescues.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Wesley Chandler; brothers, William Joseph Mayfield and Paul Lamar Mayfield; sister, Mary Elizabeth Davis.
She is survived by her husband, William Moore of Carrollton; sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Mark Wilson of Temple; one grandchild, Misty Chandler-Watts and husband, Adam Watts; two great-grandchildren, Maya and Maverick; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, October 20, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Mr. Mark Wilson officiating. Musical selection will be provided by Ms. Liz Banks. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions may be made to Hickory Level Hound Rescue, 143 Paynes Lake Road, Carrollton, Georgia 30116.
