Rickey Woods, Jr.

Mr. Rickey Adiron Woods, Jr. age 48, of Temple, passed away, Thursday, August 17, 2017. He was born July 3, 1969 in Austell the son of Mr. Rickey A Woods, Sr. and Mrs. Dora Freeman Woods. Mr. Woods loved fishing, golf, karaoke and football, especially the Falcons and The University of Georgia. He was a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his daughters, Megan Woods of Austell, Melody Woods of Austell, Madison Woods of Austell; stepson, Adrian Elkins of Florida; father and mother, Rickey A. Woods, Sr. and Dora Freeman Woods of Temple; two grandchildren, Merideth Brewer and Gary Brewer. A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be Tuesday, August 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Sunset Hills Baptist Church in Douglasville with Rev. Jim Grieme officiating.
