Rita Taylor

Ms. Rita Carol Taylor, age 63, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, May 16, 2016. She was born February 15, 1953 in Birmingham, Alabama the daughter of the late Mr. Hubert Merrill Taylor and the late Mrs. Emma Frances McCay Taylor. She retired as a finance clerk and was of the Baptist Faith. She loved to research Genealogy. She loved her pups, kits, and kids. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Daniel Eugene Taylor and Robert Merrill Taylor. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Sheila Taylor of Villa Rica; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Richard Seagraves of Powder Springs; brother, Roger Taylor of Douglasville; two grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Daniel; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville Wednesday, May 25, 2016 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Johnny Ivey officiating.
