Robert Allen Sargent

Mr. Robert Allen Sargent, age 64 of Fayetteville, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021. He was born March 11, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Fred Henry Sargent and the late Mrs. Charcie Ann Franklin Sargent. Mr. Sargent was a truck driver for Stewart Bros, Inc. for many years. He loved riding his motorcycle and watching TV. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by son, Jerry Shannon Bause; sister, Susie Eva Sargent. Mr. Sargent is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mrs. Terri Lynn Stephens Sargent of Fayetteville, Georgia; daughter, Rebecca Bause of McDonough, Georgia; sons and daughter-in-law, Shane Allen and Brandy Sargent of Fayetteville, Georgia, Robert Allen Sargent, Jr. of LaGrange, Georgia, Chris Bause of Fayetteville, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara Ann and Travis Ward of Williamson, Georgia; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchildren; special friends, Richard, Pepper, Boomer, Chuck, Ant, Brandon and Billy; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville with Rev. Toby Stephens and Rev. Tim Stephens officiating.
