Robert Ames Lawson, lovingly known as Bob, passed away on September 8, 2026, at the age of 84. Born on June 11, 1942, he will be remembered as a kind, gentle, funny, and loving man whose presence brought warmth to those around him.

Bob built a career as a Regional Sales Manager, a role he held for several years. He also found joy in stained glass, an interest that reflected both patience and creativity. Whether through his work, his humor, or the care he showed to others, Bob leaves behind memories that will be treasured by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Erdell Lawson, and his mother, Ruth Ames and also his sisters, Judy and Audrey.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Lawson, with whom he shared 37 years of marriage. He is also survived by his daughter, Kim Reeves, and by his son, Jon (Tanya) Lawson. His family circle also includes his sister, June (John) Dumas, as well as his brother, Don (Gloria) Lawson, along with several family and friends that will miss him dearly.

Bob will be remembered for the gentleness of his spirit, the love he gave so freely, and the laughter he shared with family and friends. His life touched many, and his memory will remain a lasting comfort to those who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated.
