Robert Teal

Mr. Robert Randall Teal, age 61, of Douglasville passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016. He was born February 21, 1955 in Atlanta, GA the son of the late Mr. Robert Lacy Teal and the late Mrs. Virginia Pearl Holden Teal. Mr. Teal was an engineer in the telecom industry for many years before transitioning to a career as a realtor serving the Atlanta area. He was a devoted husband and father who loved to be involved in his children’s lives. He was a member of The Chapel Church at Chapel Hill.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Alan Teal. He is survived by his wife, Tamala Ann Furr Teal of Douglasville; daughter, Kara Teal of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Laura Teal of Austin, TX. Several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Church at Chapel Hill, with Dr. Grady Morris officiating.
