Roe Edward Crisp

Mr. Roe Edward Crisp, age 81, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020. He was born in Maryville, Tennessee, the son of the late Mr. Cas Crisp and the late Mrs. Bessie Jane Cannon Crisp. Mr. Crisp was a veteran of the United States Navy. He worked as a printer for Harlan printing and was a longtime, faithful Tennessee football fan. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Joe Crisp and a sister, Bertha Mae. Mr. Crisp is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Mrs. Duane Dean Crisp of Douglasville; his son, Gregory Michael Crisp of Marietta; a step-son, Mitch Hohn of East Cobb; his sisters, Mary Reaves of Maryville, Tennessee and Josephine Best of Cartersville; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Coy (Shelby) Crisp and Roy (Arlie) Crisp, all of Maryville, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren, Lauren Hohn, Katelyn Hohn, Zoe Crisp and Gabriel Crisp; and many nieces and nephews also survive. According to Mr. Crisp's wishes, he will be cremated. A celebration of life family gathering will be held at a later date.
