Ruffin Alexander Yancey

Mr. Ruffin Alexander Yancey, 55 of Crest Avenue, Chelsea, Massachusetts passed away July 23, 2006 at Whidden Memorial Hospital. He was born August 27, 1950 in Baltimore MD. son of the late Alexander Yancey and Ocie McKinnis Yancey. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Mary Maudie Yancey. Mr. Yancey served in the Vietnam War and 10 years in the Army Reserves. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is survived by his wife Sandra Yancey of Temple Georgia, daughters and son-in-law; Casandra Wetherbee, Mona and Jean Maceus and Afia Yancey all of Temple, Georgia, sisters; Ocie Yancey of California and Betty Yancey of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, grandchildren; Michael Wetherbee, Miranda Wetherbee, Stephanie Wetherbee, Shanisa Elder and James Earl Elder, Sasandra Maceus, Jeanay Maceus and Jaydin Maceus; several nieces and nephews.
