She is survived by her husband, Tony Hernandez; mother, Louise Koistinen; 3 daughters; 1 son; 1 brother; 9 grandchildren. Memorial Services will be conducted Monday, July 26, 2010 at 3:30 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home.
