Sandra Ann Wiley, 69, passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. She was born on March 16, 1956, the daughter of the late Howard Paul Pharr and the late Vera Nell Rouse Pharr.
Sandra was known for her remarkable work ethic and selflessness. It was evident in everything she did. She found immense joy in being a mother, and her love extended to her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Those who were close to her often described her as a prayer warrior, steadfast in her faith and a source of spiritual strength for many. Her commitment to her church was unwavering; Sandra served in various capacities, from leading Vacation Bible School to participating in a multitude of church activities, always eager to lend her hand and heart wherever needed.
Outside her commitments, Sandra embraced her passions with fervor. She had a talent for flower gardening and creating beautiful arrangements. Crafting was another of her joys—she spent countless hours making baskets, wreaths, and other creative projects, that showcased her artistic ability.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene Wiley, Sr.; sister, Donna Pharr.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Missy Wiley of Westmoreland, TN; sister, Wanda Pharr Smith of Temple; brother, Larry Paul Pharr of Buchanan, GA and Avery Dean Pharr of Owensboro, KY; two grandchildren, Katie Wiley and Isaac Wiley; nieces and nephews, Alyssa Smith of Knoxville, TN, Austin Pharr, Owensboro, KY, Rebecca Pharr of Rome, GA, Houston Pharr of Bremen, GA, and Madison Metz of Overland Park, KS.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM and on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Villa Rica Chapel with Pastor Ronnie Wiley, Minister Ashley Buckner, and Isaac Wiley officiating. Interment will follow at Powder Springs Christian Fellowship Cemetery.
Sandra Wiley's legacy will forever be remembered for her strength, compassion, and unwavering love. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
