Ms. Sarah Ashlee O’Neill, age 28, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. She was born January 29, 1990, the daughter of Mr. David Thomas O’Neill and Mrs. Mary Patricia O’Neill. She had a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of West Georgia. She liked to do scrapbooking and babysitting. She was involved in the fight against Cystic Fibrosis, participated in the research for Cystic Fibrosis also. She loved her Cystic Fibrosis doctors and staff at the clinic. She was a very family oriented person who loved helping people, loved her Godson Brison; her nephews, Malachi and Aaron. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister and brother-in-law; Danielle and Cody Eaves of Crestview, FL, her brother; James O’Neill of Kennesaw, GA, aunts and uncles; Kitty Kilgore, Cathleen and James Siessel, Marybeth and Ward Cully, Cathy O’Neill; Patrick and Pearl Rooney, Jack and Margaret-Mary Rooney, Conor Rooney, Jimmy and Sheree O’Neill, Eddie and Debbie O’Neill; maternal grandfather, Patrick Rooney; step grandmother, Rosemary O’Neill; and numerous nephews and cousins also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home and Crematory on Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, November 18, 2018 at 12:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home and Crematory in Douglasville.
