Sharon Woltman Irizarry

Mrs. Sharon Lee Woltman Irizarry, age 66, of Villa Rica, formally of Marietta, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2014. She was born March 25, 1948 in Evanston, IL the daughter of the late Mr. Arthur Woltman and Mrs. Eleanor Bollig Woltman. She was a loving mother who enjoyed reading, golf, gardening, chocolate and her dog, Houdie. Sharon’s life centered around her family, especially her grandchildren. She believed there was no such thing as spoiling grandkids or too much love. She was of the Catholic Faith and member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Douglasville. She is survived by her husband, John Manuel Irizarry of Villa Rica; daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Chris Tucker of Canton, Carla and Paul Yonadi of Cumming; mother, Eleanor Bolling Woltman of Geneseo, IL; sisters and brother-in-law, Peggy and Craig Betcher of Geneseo, IL, Sandra Woltman of Geneseo, IL; brother and sister-in-law, Ken and Stacie Woltman of Marengo, IL; four grandchildren, Collin, Garrett, Paul and John. Several nieces and nephews also survive.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be conducted Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Douglasville with provider, Father Cong Nguyen assisted by Deacon Chrys Harkins.
