Sheila Thompson Williams, 68, of Austell, GA, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026. She was born on February 15, 1957, the daughter of the late Moses Johnson and the late Delores Thompson.

Sheila devoted her life to her family as a dedicated homemaker. Her nurturing spirit and family-oriented nature defined her outgoing nature; she was always the one who brought everyone together.

Sheila had a personality that could light up any room. Outgoing and outspoken, she was never afraid to be herself, and she embraced every moment with joy. She had a deep love for music and dancing, and those who knew her would often find her at the center of the celebration, embodying the life of the party. Her straightforwardness and vibrant spirit endeared her to many, letting others see the world through her lens of fun and laughter.

Throughout her life, Sheila had an unwavering pride in her children and grandchildren. She cherished every accomplishment and milestone of her beloved family, consistently demonstrating her unconditional love and support. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special, whether through a kind word or a warm embrace.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Johnson.

She is survived by her daughters, Sabrina Thompson and Latasha Smith, sons, Elton Thompson, Stanley Beaulieu, Charlton Beaulieu, and Charles Beaulieu; sisters Sharon Frank, Wanda Johnson, and Lisa Johnson; brothers, Milton Johnson, and Sherman Johnson, and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive family and friends on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12:30 PM until 1:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Douglas Chapel.

Memorial services will be conducted on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Douglas Chapel with Brother Sherman Johnson officiating.

Sheila leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Her presence will be profoundly missed by those fortunate enough to know her, as they carry forward the joy and vibrancy she brought into their lives.
