Shelby Lee Armstrong Jeter

Mrs. Shelby Lee Jeter, 53, of Franklin, Georgia passed away Friday, November 10, 2006 at her residence. She was born January 28, 1953 in Winter Haven, Florida. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Robert Armstrong and Mrs. Doris Parrish Armstrong. Mrs. Jeter worked as a personnel assistant in the Payroll Department for the State of Georgia. She was a member of the Franklin Church of God. Survivors include her husband, Mr. Ray Jeter of Franklin; her daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Ken Weaver of Smyrna, Becky and Clint Miller of Franklin and Melissa and Michael Bailey of Newnan; her son, Shaun Butler of Commerce; her mother, Mrs. Doris Parrish Armstrong of Franklin; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Tommy Clark of Buchanan, Kathy and Randy Hardin of Bremen, Carol and Thomas Cason of Bremen and Cindy and Dan Allen of Hiram; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia with Bishop Noel Forester officiating. Interment will follow in Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica, Georgia.
