Shilaben Patel

Mrs. Shilaben Patel, 55, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, June 29, 2015. She was born May 18, 1960 in Zambia the daughter of Mrs. Nirmala D. Patel and the late Mr. Durllabhbhai N. Patel. She loved working as a partner at the family businesses. She loved cooking, gardening, bird watching, and traveling. She also loved to eat sweets. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Tony Patel of Douglasville; sons, Vipul R. Patel of London, England; and Krishan Patel of Decatur, GA; her mother, Nirmala D. Patel of London, England; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gita and Ashok Patel, Bina Patel, and Smita and Manoj Patel of London, England; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville. Cremation will follow the service.
