Mrs. Shirley “Jeannie” Temples Lee, age 71, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, August 6, 2012 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice. She was born July 8, 1941 in Ball Ground, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. James Clifford Temples and the late Mrs. Ruby Inez Kilgore Temples. She was a Baptist by faith and was a loving servant and follower of Christ. She retired as a Customer Service Representative from IBM following 20 years and retired from Manpower Temp in September 2011. She loved life and spending time with her family. She loved her dogs. She was an avid camper, hiker, and loved to dance, sew, and cook. She was devoted to her grandchildren and loved to spend time with them. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Lewis Lee, Sr. in 1982; and brother, Bobby Temples. She is survived by her second husband, Ed Brock; her son and daughter-in-law, Charles Lewis Lee, II and Pam of Adairsville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lori and David Schwartz of Lithia Springs; and Susan and Keith Dobson of Cumming; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Charles Lewis Lee, III of Vicksburg, MS, Bridgette Lee of Vicksburg, MS, Hillary Cash and her husband Kyle of Ball Ground, GA, Nathan Schwartz and his wife, Kelli of Douglasville, GA, Matthew Schwartz of Lithia Springs, GA, Christopher Dobson of Cumming, GA, and Sarah Dobson of Cumming, GA; two great-grandchildren, Madison Lee and Kylie Massey both of Vicksburg, MS. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Wayne Bray officiating. Interment will follow at Ephesus Cemetery in Winston. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
