Shirley Mae Hill Haas

Mrs. Shirley Mae Hill Haas, age 88 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021. She was born October 27, 1932 in Millbury, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Mr. Herbert T. Hill and the late Mrs. Mabel Churchill Hill. Mrs. Haas was a person who had a patient, gentle soul and cared deeply for her family and friends. She loved her flowers, garden, cooking and baking. Mrs. Haas was of the Christian faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dean William Haas; brother, Merton Hill; sister, Nancy Hill Allaire. Mrs. Haas is survived by daughter, Janice England of Dallas, Georgia; sons and daughter-in-law, Dean W. Haas, Jr. of Auburn, Massachusetts, Allen and Cindy Haas of Conyers, Georgia, David C. Haas of Douglasville, Georgia; sister, Gloria Johnson of Mount Dora, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Debbie Hill of Keene, New Hampshire; six grandchildren, Amy Bray, Christopher Haas, Nicholas Haas, Alex Haas, Sarah and Clayton Izell, Dean Haas, III; three great grandchildren, Christina Garner, Hannah Bray, Johnna Haas; several nieces and nephews also survive.
