Shirley Miller

Mrs. Shirley Lucille George Miller, age 64, of Villa Rica, passed away Monday, December 26, 2011 at Wellstar Douglas Hopsital. She was born March 5, 1947 in Winston the daughter of the late Mr. Gilbert Paul George, Sr. and the late Mrs. Susan Erma Bell George. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Miller; brothers, Aaron George, Gene George and sister, Wynell Loveless She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Selena and Scott Nelson of Bremen; son, Jason Miller of Villa Rica; sister, Bessie Mae Banks of Haralson County; brother, Gilbert Paul George, Jr. of Bowdon; grandchildren, Cain Nelson, Taylor Leigh Miller, Madison Nelson, and Austan Miller. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 28, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica. Funeral Service will be conducted Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Keith Jiles officiating. Interment will follow at West Georgia Memorial Park. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Tex Herrell, Dewayne Ivey, Austan Miller, Scott Nelson, Tristen Foster and Cain Nelson.
