Shirley Shaw

Mrs. Shirley Sherbert Shaw, 71 of Temple, GA passed away Friday, July 25, 2014 at her residence. She was born, April 11, 1943 in Cleburne County, Alabama the daughter of the late Walter Sherbert and the late Ruby Kilgore Sherbert. She was retired from Sewell Manufacturing Company in Bremen where she was a supervisor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston “Jack” Shaw who passed away, September 26, 2005. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Rhonda and Steve Vines of Temple, son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Ginger Shaw of Bremen, brothers, Larry Sherbert and Gene Sherbert of Temple, grandchildren, Lindsey Vines, Kelli Morris, Keri Coggins and Nathan Shaw, great grandchildren, Hayden Morris, Ava Coggins and Devin Cogins and a number of nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends Monday, July 28, 2014 at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Summerville officiating. Interment will follow in the Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Zach Morris, Justin Ghorley, Shaun Coggins, Nathan Shaw, Terry Shaw and Joel Sherbert.
