Mr. Siente Ramon Jones, 49, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at his residence. He was born April 23, 1961 in New York City, New York the son of the late Jeffery Maysfield and the late Marilyn Miller. He was of the Baptist Faith and worked as a self employed truck driver. He married Jennifer Delapenha on June 18, 1998 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. He was an avid reader and especially enjoyed reading current events and history. He was a man of his word and he was a dependable man who was dearly loved by his family and friends. He loved all types of sports especially boxing and football and was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He is survived by his loving wife, Jennifer Delapenha Jones of Douglasville; son and daughter-in-law, Roger and Rachel Delapenha of New York; sister, Margo Maysfield of Oakland, CA; brother, Shante Robinson of Oakland, CA; his grandmother, Jessie Miller of San Francisco, CA; 6 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family members and friends. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Tuesday, September 21, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 7:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will be later in the week at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale, New York. Messages of condolence to the family may be sent from www.jones-wynn.com.
