Mr. Sloan Richard Bell Mr. Sloan Richard Bell, 60, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Saturday, February 10, 2007 at Emory Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born January 4, 1947 in Atlanta, Georgia. He was the son of the late Mr. Doyal Bell and the late Mrs. Gladys Presley Bell. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his daughter, Regina Bell. Mr. Bell worked as a devoted employee of Wal-Mart in Villa Rica for over 20 years. Mr. Bellâs passions included his cars, his devotion to Wal-Mart, and his love for his family and grand-children. He was a highly moral man, âA Man of his Wordâ. His favorite Wal-Mart quote â âWhatâs the Stock Price?â. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sheila Hamby Bell of Villa Rica; his son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Cora Bell of Douglasville, his son, Loyd Shealey of Douglasville; his daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Patrick Caldwell of Villa Rica; daughter Talena Bell of Douglasville, daughter Shellie Shealey of Douglasville; his brother, Guy Dorsey of Atlanta; and three sisters, Mary Ann Taylor of Dallas; Gail Mullanax of Cumming; and Paula Vaughn of Dublin. Sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Scott Mitchell officiating. Public visitation will be Monday, February 12, 2007 from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM with family present from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
