"Sonny" Raymond White

Mr. “Sonny” Raymond Curtis White, age 86, of Villa Rica passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012. He was born March 10, 1926 in Fulton County, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Ernest Emory White and the late Mrs. Bessie Johnson White. He was self- employed in the construction industry. In addition to his parents, his wife, Carolyn Elizabeth White and daughter, Trudy M. Smith, preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Lane Whitfield of Douglasville, Cindy and Ray Price of Villa Rica, Dawn and Chuck Koon of Cartersville; sons and daughter-in-law, Daniel White of Panama City, FL, Ernie and Cynthia White of TX; sister, Jewell Ray of Dawsonville; daughter-in-law Joan White of Lithia Springs; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, November 19, 2012 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 9:00 AM until the funeral hour. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Clifton Brock and Pastor John Alexander officiating.
