Steve Marshall

Mr. Steve Marshall, age 56, of Temple passed away Friday, March 29. He was born August 19, 1967 in Atlanta to the late Mr. Mack Marshall and the late Mrs. Diane Dean.

Steve was known for his love of conversation and his quick wit as a jokester. His interests in golf, NASCAR, and football were not just hobbies but sources of great enjoyment for him. A dedicated fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Braves, Steve's enthusiasm for sports brought him closer to many friends and family members over the years. What truly set Steve apart was his genuine affection for people. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued in his presence. His kindness and generosity knew no bounds, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Melissa Dean.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Michelle Marshall; daughter, Taylor Vaughn; sons, Colby Marshall, Austin Vaughn; sister, Michelle Marshall; brothers, Ross Marshall, Greg Marshall; grandchildren, Charlee Cochran, Khloee Brown, Kynlee Marshall; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. The memorial service will follow with Rev. Ikey Watson officiating.
