Stevie Eugene Norton

Stevie Eugene Norton, known affectionately as "Norton", age 69, passed away on October 6, 2024. He was born on July 12, 1955, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Mr. Henry Edward Norton and the late Mrs. Dorothy Stradley Norton.

Stevie cherished his upbringing in the South, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors that would inform much of his life and career. Stevie dedicated many years to his work as a landscaper. He was known as a dependable handyman, someone who could fix almost anything and always had a helpful hand to offer.

Known for his easy-going nature and free spirit, Stevie made many friends with his approachable character. His laid-back demeanor made it easy for others to connect with him. Stevie enjoyed spending his free time watching movies, particularly classic films, and cheering on his favorite football teams, a pastime that brought him joy and camaraderie.

In addition to his parents, Stevie is preceded in death by his brother, Danny Edward Norton; sister, Beverly Jane Norton.

He is survived by his brothers, James "Buster" Norton and his wife Vanessa, and David Norton; sister, Tina Marie Norton.

In accordance with his wishes, Stevie was cremated.
