Mrs. Syble Jean McIntyre Dulworth, age 72, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 at her residence. She was born February 12, 1937 in Cartersville, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. James Kyle McIntyre and the late Mrs. Ollie Mae Barron McIntyre. Mrs. Dulworth was educated in the Bartow County School System and worked for Southern Bell for several years. She became as resident of Douglasville in 1972. She was later a Resident Assistant at the Presbyterian Village in Austell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lithia Springs where she was an active church member. She enjoyed volunteering for the Meals on Wheels program. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dulworth was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Perry Fowler Dulworth, Sr. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Terry and James Scott of Anniston, Alabama, Robin and Randal Michael of Atlanta, Georgia, Yvonne Burrell of Douglasville; Sons and daughter-in law, Perry Fowler Jr. and Melissa Dulworth, of Powder Springs, Jeffery Kyle Dulworth, Sr. of Douglasville; Sisters, Geary Collum of Euahlee, Linda Linnenkohl of Hiram; Brothers, James Barron McIntyre of Florence, Alabama, and Randall Albert McIntyre of Cartersville, Georgia; Eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 4:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Roy Chambers and Rev. Mike Sinyard will be officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Gardens in Lithia Springs, Georgia. Serving as pallbearers will be Mr. Michael Burrell, Mr. Christopher Burrell, Mr. J. Kyle Dulworth, Mr. Chris Linnenkohl, Mr. Stephen Tucker and Mr. Michael Bullock. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Tuesday, March 3, 2009 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Messages of condolences to the family may be sent to www.jones-wynn.com.
