Sylvia Ann Taylor

Sylvia Ann Taylor, 84, of Winston, passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. She was born on January 12, 1940, the daughter of the late Mary Dean Harris and TJ Harris.

Sylvia lived a life filled with joy, laughter, and a deep love for her family. Sylvia will always be remembered for her unwavering love for her family. She found true happiness in spending quality time with each and every member of her family, creating priceless moments that will forever be treasured. In addition to her dedication to her family, Sylvia had a variety of interests that brought her immense joy. From playing cards with friends to baking delicious treats for her family, she found delight in the simple pleasures of life. Her love for camping and exploring the great outdoors took her on many adventures in the mountains. She had a talent for crocheting and she enjoyed collecting roosters. And like many others of her generation, she was an avid fan of Elvis Presley's music.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her daughters, Linda Deann Robinson Taylor and Anita Browning; son, Lawrence Otis Robinson; grand-daughter, Amanda Ann Hall; grandson, Ryan Robinson; sister-in-law, Vivian Tatom and brother-in-law, Richard Tatom, brother-in-law, Charles Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Michael Darroll Taylor; children, Mandy Taylor of Winston, Mike Robinson, Gary (Jody) Robinson both of Villa Rica, Bruce (Louann) Robinson of Illinois, Eddie Robinson of Temple, and Brandy Lynn of Clayton; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the Villa Rica Chapel at Jones-Wynn with Rev. Eddie Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow at West GA Memorial Park.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Josh Robinson, Cody Reese, Zach Pilgrim, Chase Parris, Jacob Lynn, and Matthew Wood.
