Mrs. Talena Shelene Bell Churchwell, age 40, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010. She was born March 6, 1970 in Atlanta, Georgia the daughter of Mrs. Sandra Summerville East and the late Mr. Sloan Richard Bell. She was a homemaker and devoted to her children. She is survived by her husband, Paul Churchwell; sons, Clifford Randall Toole, Jr. of Douglasville, Charles Sloan McLawon of Florida; her mother and stepfather, Sandra Summerville East and Curtis East of Whitesburg; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Cora Bell of Douglasville; sister and brother-in-law, Tonya and Patrick Cadwell; step daughter, Courtney Churchwell of Dublin; stepmother, Shelia Bell; stepbrothers, Brandon East, Clint East, and Loyd Shealey; stepsister, Shellie Shealey; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, September 3, 2010 at 6:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Friday, September 3, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
